Mounting Method
Bellows actuators can be installed as single units or integrated into multi-unit assemblies, with the configuration determined by the weight and dynamics of the machinery, equipment, or vehicle. The corrugated rubber cushion body must be protected from contact with sharp edges or high-temperature surfaces. The rubber body, being the primary wear component, is designed for straightforward replacement when necessary.
For pneumatic operation, bellows can be pressurized individually or through a centralized system (in assembly configurations). It is strongly recommended to connect the actuator to a compressed air supply via a control valve to regulate pressure, ensure stability, and extend service life.
